Where did this come from?

After a long weekend out in the city we had a calm evening.  Isaac and Dad did the bath thing and during the bath Isaac busted out his latest catchphrase.  I have no idea where things like this come from.  He tells us it came from Feen Bean Buntalope.  Here it is, the double guns:
