Brand New

G-Daddy and I spent the better part of a year designing, building, and finishing a TV stand that would be, at least, Isaac resistant.  We ordered parts from all over, we used really nice wood (double face, grade A cherry plywood, and Pennsylvania black cherry hardwood), and spared no expense.  The end result is pretty stunning, with pictures to come.  In a frenzy to get it in place before Sarah's Baby Shower, Bianca and I stayed up until 11:00 PM and made a 10:00 PM trip to Wal Mart to get everything perfect.  We went to bed knowing that all of the efforts had paid off and this beautiful, custom made (by G-Daddy and I) TV stand was in the living room.

The next morning Isaac said hello by scratching the speaker grilles with his baby kid fork.  Welcome, new furniture, to the proving grounds for all furniture--Isaac's house.
