Hard at Work

Isaac had two big jumps recently and they happened at the same time.  First, his hand eye coordination has gone through the roof.  This is in large part because he is writing more.  But this has spilled over into other things.  For example he has much better skills at building things with legos.  But that improvement coincided with his jump in attention span.  Now he can entertain himself, when he feels like it, for an hour or two. 

This past Sunday Isaac and I were building and I realized he was doing something that I do when I focus.  See if you can find it.  Also note how fast he is making building decisions, switching pieces or changing their orientation.  Here he is at work:


He is pretty darn amazing.
