Car Wash and other New Toys

As Isaac's doorstop-shaped hands have gotten more skilled, the range of toys that he can play with has increased. First it was plush toys, like Rattle Dog and Crinkle the Crab (aka Crink). Then it was stationary toys like those on the exersaucer. Now, he has moved up to "hard" toys like Duplos and, as recently as last night, cars (specifically the cars his cousin Aiden sent him from Ohio).

Here he is in the middle of a "car wash":

It was amazing to see how entertained he was by having me make sound effects while crashing the cars into each other. We also busted out some cardboard tubes (like those inside of a roll of wrapping paper) and sent the cars through them, much to Isaac's surprise. Mom was good enough to save them for us.
